These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tulidu Sport and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Tulidu Sport offers football tournament features including predictions, leaderboards, and virtual currency (vCoins) mechanics as described in the product. Features may change over time.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information where required.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access others’ data without authorization, interfere with operation, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
vCoins are virtual points for in-app use unless you explicitly offer real-money or regulated features elsewhere. They have no cash value unless you state otherwise in a separate agreement. Tournament rules, entry fees, and payouts are governed by the product configuration and these Terms.
Content you submit (e.g. display names) must not infringe others’ rights or violate applicable law. You grant us a license to host and display such content to operate the service.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
