This Refund Policy applies to purchases of digital software access, tournament capacity upgrades, and branding features for Tulidu Sport.

Refund requests

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@tulidu.com. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and may be approved when the purchased feature has not been substantially used or abused.

Technical issues

If a technical issue prevents you from using a purchased feature, contact us and we will try to resolve the issue. If we cannot provide the purchased functionality, we may issue a refund.

Non-refundable items

Refunds are not available for virtual vCoins, completed tournaments, or accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider. Processing times depend on the provider and your bank or card issuer.
